@jonn I'm very sorry for whatever your nation went through during Soviet rule. But the whole pitch of fediverse is that you can use the software even if you don't like the people that make it, and separate yourself from groups you don't wish to interact with.
Approaching Lemmy with the same central social media mindset you'd look at any mainstream platform doesn't make much sense, at least in my opinion. Still I understand your position on this and respect your opinion.
