did a Google search to try to confirm if someone i heard was a Zionist really was and it returned a bunch of results that didn't even have "Zionist" in them, in a way that made me think Google is fuzzing "Zionist" with "Jewish" when you do a search. that seems very bad!

@NoraReed I can confirm. It's easy to check with the following query: "Mordecai Kaplan zionist" and then noticing that Jewish is highlighted in the results.

That say, are you sure you weren't a bit antisemitic in your assumptions in the first place? ;)
