prospective employers: sorry, but unfortunately you did poorly in a high-stress 40-minute coding exercise, writing code with no time to think about how to solve a problem you’ve never seen before, in a terrible dev environment, while someone stares at you the whole time
@jonn @april it can be interested, if it's not testing for code but for "how do we get to think together around a Whiteboard".
Code without a laptop is really testing from strange skills for a dev.
Even more if tons of floss code and interaction are available and better mirror "dev in real working conditions"
