@jonn @atomicpoet I deleted my post, but you are looking about instances. some instances of mastodon are also bad. doesn't mean the soft is bad.

@aroom the development team is toxic, main instance is toxic, lemmygrad is promoted at a 2 click distance from their github page. Further, if mastodon.social was ran, say, by lemmy people, I would *absolutely* advocate for whatever alternative there would be to a twitter-like activitypub backend!
@jonn I won't engage with you, that's why I deleted my post. I agree with you to some extent and don't deny the issue.
