Is there a practicing systems engineer on #fediverse?
I'd like an independent opinion on some essays on the subject.
@ScumbagDog of course! If you would care to rank on the scale from -2 to 2 three 3rd year uni essays on the following scale: "how correct are the statements about system theory in each essay" and, if you care, provide a review, I'd be very grateful.
@jonn
Sure. I'm currently doing my master's (2nd semester, so 4th uni year) in software engineering if that matters.
@jonn
But I won't promise a full review
@ScumbagDog if you took syseng it should be still very relevant. I won't comment much on the situation to not bias your judgment. One sec, let me upload the archive.
BTW, really appreciated. If there's anything I can help you with, tell me.
Also, yeah, no full review needed, just something on the scale:
-2: Narrative is factually wrong, references are irrelevant, no understanding of the subject whatsoever
-1: Relevant references are poorly intepreted, showing poor understanding fo the subject
0: Formally correct but superficial understanding of the subject
1: Reasonable understanding and interpretation of facts and references
2: Deep understanding of the subject for a University student and flawless intepretation of facts and references

@jonn
I mean, I'm practicing to be a (software) systems engineer someday, does that count?
