We call on the European Council to take the necessary decisions to allow Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia to become full Schengen members.
Their citizens must enjoy the full benefits of Schengen without further delay.

@EU_Commission if there's not enough schengen fuel, we can perhaps exclude #hungary from EU and distribute their schengen between the three?
