Went hiking with my partner and her mother today. Had some great views from top of the mountains.
The view was so wide we were able to see the earth curvature. May not be so visible on the picture.
@TFG yeah, for me it's like... Some degree of heights on a hill or another natural surface is fine, but stuff like a panoramic view from a mountain is 😬
My partner plans to visit a place with her mother tomorrow where some kind of a wooden path is built on huge poles right above the tree tops...some 30m high .. like long and winding wooden bridge... With a big wooden tower as main attraction. And she wants me to come with them.
Nope. Nope. Nope!
Worst nightmare ever would come true^^

I'm absolutely terrified of height. I never entered a plane or went on a ride on a roller coaster. But when it comes to such views from a mountain top I'm absolutely fine with.
Maybe because I grew up up here and I'm used to it.
