The way EU reports the news is very confusing. Half of the time it is a very positively framed message like "Horray we gave the <number with a lot of zeros> for this awesome initiative!"

And, ok, cool initiative, I do like it. But how can i understand it? Is this a big or small number? How much money is left? What has been denied the funding to make this initiative work?

I wish they'd at least adopt the "boulder approach" and say how big is this sum in football fields or Berlin airports.
