@jonn that's my problem with this kind of behaviour: i'm on one of the big instances that tend to be very tolerant because, well, people are too different. that is ok. however, this here is an example of rules abuse that technically is (probably) not prohibited…
for all i know the person who does this may know this is rude, but also knows it's not formally forbidden.
i'm not going to waste my time on such cases, just blocking. still, a curious case.
