Implementing this is endlessly fascinating. I should have tried this much earlier on.
CW / TW are really good for managing trauma. I can understand how/why eye contact can be triggering trauma.

there are many other examples, but yea, even before the war I was confused with liberal (no pun intended) CW / blurring usage on masto.
I'm not just upset for no reason. It causes behavioural inflation. One just gets used to clicking "display image / toot" because so much stuff is under CW. It would mean that CW that are also genuine TW are…

One thing I've never quite got comfortable about with Mastodon is that this button says "TOOT!". My inner 13 year old just can't seem to cope with it. I'm sure I'll get the hang of it eventually.
