The Paradox of Tolerance disappears if you look at tolerance, not as a moral standard, but as a social contract.
If someone does not abide by the terms of the contract, then they are not covered by it.
In other words: The intolerant are not following the rules of the social contract of mutual tolerance.
Since they have broken the terms of the contract, they are no longer covered by the contract, and their intolerance should NOT be tolerated.
[inspired by “Tolerance is not a moral precept”]
The philosopher Karl Popper published what came to be known as the Paradox of Tolerance in his book "The Open Society and Its Enemies" in 1945.
It dealt with the question of how a society that promotes tolerance is to deal with those who are intolerant.

Oh wow, #elixir #logger is broken on several hundreds of invocations per second with console backend in R24 / #elixirlang 1.13.4.
Wowwee.
Support #VLC!
I love to see #WotC fail.
Oh my, there's so much *juicy* #FP content these years.
I'm so glad that kids these days have a nice guide to *everything* FP at their fingertips.
I fondly remember growing up as a programmer with #LYSE and #LYAH as the freshest, most novel proceedings in #FP education.
@mononcqc and Miran have truly shaped my career. Would've been so much harder without them. Infinite appreciation.
Thank you all for the motivation and kind reassurance for #dungeon23 . Today rounded out the last room (portal room) for The Concious City.
Publishing backlog of #dungeon23. I have so much work, but I'm pushing myself for no days without making some content...
@jonn @evan Well, it looks like RapidBlock is an application too, not just a block list. It is in early development, I'm plodding thru it now.
There are Debian packages for amd64/arm. Those use zstd compression though, so don't work on Debian Stable (Bullseye), since apt can't decompress them.
It builds easily with the Go compiler, but you need golang from backports in Debian Stable.
I'm writing up a mini-HOWTO. If I get it working, I'll put it up somewhere.
