@textfiles this is crazy how I came here to say that this book[1] is basically GET LAMP of point and click adventures; and I see GET LAMP in my feed.

In the UK it's almost impossible to hike without ~getting hit by a car~ walking a non-trivial amount of time on a highway without a side walk.
If I had maps that show sidewalks somehow, I would be a significantly happier hiker.

Khrystyna and Svitlana were singing in the street in Zaporizhzhia an hour before a Russian missile strike on the city, and this video of them was filmed.
One of them died yesterday at the site of the strike. She was 19 years old. The other girl died in the ICU today. She was 21.
Deepest condolences to their families.
